Where is RPM based?

Like many companies, RPM is a mix of remote work and distributed teams.  Our HQ is in the heart of Silicon Valley - San Jose, California - and our nearshore teams are located across Latin America.

Where are RPM's teammates located?

We’re a global team with an emphasis in Latin America.  Our people are nearshore, meaning they’re in the same time zones as North America and follow the same work schedules.  This also means our people are culturally in-tune with the US and can communicate appropriately.

Does RPM have bilingual sales reps?

We currently have English-Spanish bilingual teammates; however, we're working to expand the team to include other languages.  Please let us know if you have specific language requirements and we can find a solution.

What type of businesses does RPM work with?

We work with all types of businesses including tech, product-based companies, and service-based companies. Our team is experienced in dealing with every segment, from SMB to Enterprise to consumer facing brands.  Contact us for an initial consultation call and we can determine the right solution for your needs.

Which industries does RPM support?

We can work in just about any industry such as tech, e-commerce, financial services, insurance, automotive, dental, medical, law, transportation, etc. There are a few industries we will not work in such as cannabis and adult entertainment.

What should I expect on the initial consultation call?

Our main goal of the consultation call is to understand what your needs are.  This call usually lasts 30 minutes or less, and by the end of it we should both know if there's a match. You may be a one-man or one-woman army ready to take the next step, or a large established company looking to augment your existing teams.  Regardless of your company size or scope, RPM can make an impact.
